Some is not worth the money. Basic education statistics are valid for at least a year, and are are very easy to find. Get this data yourself, and use the money you save for higher-value advice on strategy and operations.
Title I Local Education Agency (LEA) allocations are one of the building blocks of school improvement market research. They serve as a baseline for setting the marketing and sales strategy of any school improvement provider that draws on federal revenue streams.The Department of Education just released the FY 2007 figures, including the 20% reservation for choice transportation and SES, and the maximum per-child expenditure on SES. Armed with the formulae contained in Title I itself , market researchers can derive the amount of funds available for other set-aside programs in NCLB.

The 2007 figures are of couse for the last school year, but year to year changes tend to be marginal. One can back into an estimate for 2008, by drawing on FY 2001-2008 State Allocations by Program and by State, recognizing that the 2008 figures are estimates based on the best available data.
