The report reveals details on the earnings of Reading First advisors, their engagement with publishers, and their decision to distance themselves from new industry Voyager in favor of the old industry publishers. It's worth pointing out that Voyager paid consulting fees while the publishers are still paying royalties. The authors/advisors' incentive to "work the system" clearly ran toward the publishers.
