Let us hope that NCLB reauthorization will be an example of Gov. Schwarzenegger's "post-partisan" politics. The law required by the school improvement industry will be won by the middle against the extremes of both parties. The key message to the industry is to divorce itself from the "ideological" element of the Bush plan - vouchers - emphatically.
